Position Overview

***Must have valid driver's license and able to pass background check! Must be willing to get insurance licenses in timely manner. This position will start part time without licenses and full time will be offered after all licenses are obtained***

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Assist sales team in cold calling when needed.
- Assist walk in customers and inbound calls to process payments, explain coverage, help with claims and questions.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Associate's degree or higher preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
